2.0 out of 5 stars This phone barley worked, it only got calls if I was home on wifi. I returned this phone as its purpose it to make & receive calls. I do not need anything fancy but to call people. So if the purpose of a phone is to connect with people, than this is not the phone for you. It has nothing to do with my service as my sim card works just fine in my old phone and my new one. The phone also did not have voice to text. Even though I had everything in English, the phone thought I was in a foreign country. Photo quality was terrible and don't even try to snapchat or take any videos.

2.0 out of 5 stars This phone makes me want to tear my hair out I bought this phone as a cheap replacement for my S10 (which I LOVED) since my S10 was outmoded with an update.Is it cheap? Yes. Does it work like it's cheap? Also yes.This thing is SO SLOW. It looks great, turns on an functions, that's about it. If you need a basic phone then this will work for you, if you want to multitask at any capacity, get something else.I travel for work and work a lot from my phone- I cannot run maps and change a song on Spotify without the phone freezing. At one point, I was zooming out on maps and got a phone call, the whole phone locked up and then TURNED OFF for about 10 minutes. While I'm in the middle of nowhere trying to get home.It's impossible to do anything with any speed; apps take FOREVER to load, as does Chrome pages. Switching windows is a nightmare. Pictures are grainy. And don't get me started on the capacity (yes, I tried to add an SD for storage, neither the one that came with it or my own would work with this phone). This phone is so slow, it cant keep up with my typing and the autocorrect never pops up because the phone doesn't process fast enough. When it does finally catch up, the whole device glitches out.I finally had enough and bought a s21. I hope there's a 80 year old out there who just wants to look at cute cat pictures all day that I can give this phone to, that's all it's good for. 4 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Great deal I would buy this in a second but the last Samsong galixy I sent my friend the money befor I had prime and he bought a new one andLap top too . when it arrived the phone said refebished . so I add 30 days card but the phone was 100% defected ansd would not stay on for mor then 10 seconds and evry one said I wwas cell phon dumb and as I insisted it was junt defected , acaale amazon , and gues when it's sent as a gift no help at all so I have my self made some buys of items that caame and were used when I bought new . It's been well over ayear but spenging 500 bucks for a lot of time to try and get it to work . NOT ever again . MY LT I bought new and it says it's 2009 version and missing many driver as it came . no eltroinc will ever be bought by me here . I love shopping at amazon for most of my needs but in elertonics to many mistaks happen as much as I want to buy this now . I will not take the chance This review may be rejecgted but fell a true review n, is best bbefor you buy , as in the past I see all bad reviews , I move on till there all good . here is mediam so not top noth according to what I read

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty but poor quality I ordered this phone in copper which is really more of a peachy color. It is extremely slow, has poor sound quality and takes forever to charge. Mine did not come with the option for fast charging so I have to charge it overnight. It freezes up and lacks the sturdiness of other Samsung phones. 4.0 out of 5 stars Great phone, just a little slow It works great and has all the new emojis. The sound quality isn't the best but I use wireless earbuds anyways and it sounds crystal clear. The phone itself is a little slow but that's not much of a problem. Picture quality isn't great, and video quality isn't great either, but for the price, that's to be expected. Overall happy with my purchase.

The phone came up right away in Spanish language with is good for me because I will send it to Latin America . Came with charger and cable and with a bundle 32GB SD card . I would have just stuck it out except when I inserted my SIM, it said it wasn’t compatible (GSM- AT&T). Took it as a sign and am returning it.
